  2. Registration Agreement for Personal Use

  4. This license gives the user the right to install and use one copy of 
  5. ClipMate for Windows.  If the user of a registered copy of ClipMate is 
  6. the PRIMARY USER of more than one machine (for example, one at work, 
  7. one at home, and a laptop), a single license will cover all machines 
  8. that are USED PRIMARILY by the registered user.  
  9.  
  10. Users of ClipMate must accept this disclaimer of warranty:  "ClipMate 
  11. is supplied as is.  The author disclaims all warranties, expressed or 
  12. implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of 
  13. merchantability and of fitness for any purpose.  The author assumes no 
  14. liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from 
  15. the use of ClipMate ."

  17. Service will be guaranteed for a period of at least 90 days of the 
  18. date of registration.  Support will be provided by U.S. Mail, or by 
  19. electronic mail in CompuServe.
